NO REFUND POLICY

MicronJet USA - No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for products and services purchased from MicronJet USA ("Company," "we," or "us") through our website www.micronjetusa.com or at any of our physical locations. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales made by MicronJet USA are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services purchased, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Dissatisfaction with the product or service

  • Failure to read product specifications or service descriptions

  • Claims of defective products without proper documentation

2. COMPANY DISCRETION

Notwithstanding the above, MicronJet USA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue refunds, store credit, or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions made to this Policy are done as a gesture of goodwill and do not constitute a waiver of this Policy for future transactions.

The Company may consider the following factors when evaluating exceptions:

  • Length of customer relationship

  • Purchase history

  • Nature of the claim

  • Circumstances surrounding the request

  • Product condition

  • Industry standards and practices

  • Legal requirements

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you believe you have received a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service department at support@micronjetusa.com. All claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Detailed description of the defect

  • Clear photographs or video evidence of the defect

The Company will investigate all defect claims and determine, at its sole discretion, whether to:

  • Replace the product

  • Issue store credit

  • Deny the claim

4. CANCELED ORDERS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, the No Refund Policy applies. Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing an order by contacting our customer service department.

5. SHIPPING ERRORS

In the event of a verified shipping error where you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. The Company will verify the claim and may, at its discretion, arrange for:

  • Return shipping of the incorrect item (at Company expense)

  • Shipment of the correct item

  • Store credit equivalent to the purchase amount
